We pride ourselves in legal and policy research, advocacy, strategic litigation, conflict management, multi-stakeholder convenings, conflict management and peace building community outreach and environmental and human rights capacity building at all levels.

FEDEV is a non-profit organization seeking to advance environmental justice, sustainable and equitable use of natural resources, democracy and good governance in the natural resources and environment sector. We understand that effective environmental and natural resources management policies, strategies and legal frameworks must empower and protect everyone, especially the vulnerable in our communities.

Our work advances the public interests of rural and urban communities, community-based organizations, local authorities, parliamentarians, government departments, public and private sectors.

Our work is anchored on the principle that the public and private sectors must respect human rights, protect the environment and be totally accountable to citizens regarding natural resources and the environment in general.
